Anil, if you go to Sao Paulo, you will know what I am talking about. This building was a great project from Oscar Niemeyer completed on 1953 that became what it is today.....thank you for noticing. And you are right, we no longer have a place to grow in Sao Paulo, other than vertically.

Why call it vertical slum? Had it not grown vertically, it would have eaten your farm land and eventually forests. Buildings are bound to grow in line with population. Its our choice to let them expand horizontally or vertically.
